As a Coordination Committee Member of ESACH, you will be part of an association that brings passionate students, researchers, and emerging professionals together to preserve Europe's cultural heritage, take part in the decision-making process of ESACH's projects, attend our general conference, present your work in our online seminars, and receive our newsletter.
But most importantly, you will have the chance to work on impactful projects that are made by youth, for youth. |

About us
ESACH is a dynamic network dedicated to amplifying student voices, providing a space for creativity, critical thinking, and expression, within the cultural heritage field. ESACH seeks to convey the Cultural Heritage Youth’s voice. As a fully volunteering-based organisation managed by a Coordination Committee, we witnessed a spike in audience and project diversity over the coronavirus pandemic, in 2020 and 2021. In 2023, ESACH’s team published a Position Paper, focusing on sustainability and the future of the cultural heritage sector "Youth for the future of cultural heritage in Europe"

ESACH is looking for three (3) new Talks! Team memberAs Talks! team member, you will continue to organize interesting online events on varied subjects. In cooperation with other members of the ESACH’s Coordination Committee, you will be responsible for finding inspiring speakers, and to gain momentum and attention for these sessions. It is important to find a balance between experienced speakers and students. The work is remote and amounts to 10 hours / week on average. The work increases when the Talks! deadline approaches. In addition, there is the possibility to meet in person during different cultural heritage events across Europe.

Main responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and vision for the Talks throughout the year.
- Continue building on ESACH Talks! with an entirely new team;
- Organize, host and moderate digital Talks
- Collaborate with other teams such as Admin, Media & communications and programmes;
- Be an entregal part of ESACH as a member of the Coordination committee.
Our ideal candidate
- Willing to dedicate 10 hours per week on average on a voluntary basis.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to meet deadlines.
- A passion for cultural heritage (studying or experience in the fi is a plus)
- Self-confidence and public speaking experience (or willingness to expand)
- Able to build or expand on your network within the European heritage sector
- University enrollment.
- Minimum C1 level of English.
- ESACH membership.
