Coordination Committee

​Our activities are run by a Coordination Committee, the main managing body that plans programmes, supports members and partners, and ensures smooth communication across the network. The committee meets regularly, steers strategy and safeguards our values of openness, inclusivity and professionalism.

ESACH (now YHE) is always changing and growing. As we reach the last quarter of the year 2025, we bid farewell to some of our coordination committee members and welcome new enthusiastic professionals into the team!

About Us

​Our team grew out of ESACH, where young professionals and heritage enthusiasts from across Europe first came together. What united us was simple yet powerful: a shared passion for cultural heritage; whether through studies, careers, or personal commitment. Since 2017, we have evolved as a volunteer-based community, connecting, learning, and collaborating to shape new ways of engaging with our common heritage. Along the way, we have seen the strength of youth voices and the importance of creating space for them in the cultural sector.

With Youth. Heritage. Europe. (YHE), we are taking the next step: establishing a stronger and more representative platform to amplify young perspectives in heritage. What began as a grassroots initiative has grown into a collective movement, ensuring that youth are not only present, but also heard and recognised as key actors in shaping the future of Europe’s heritage.
